1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged
  • Product received is defective
  • Product received is incorrect or different from the order

Returns will NOT be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste or personal preference
  • Minor color or packaging variations
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

2. Return Request Timeframe

  • Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us with the following details:

  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos or an unboxing video showing the issue

4. Return Verification

  • All return requests are subject to verification.
  • Selvam Stores reserves the right to approve or reject a return after review of submitted proof.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
  • No extra shipping charges will be applied for approved replacement cases.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
  • Customers must share valid bank/UPI details to receive the refund.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

9. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or special-order items
