- Minor color or packaging variations
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
2. Return Request Timeframe
- Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
3. How to Request a Return

4. Return Verification
- All return requests are subject to verification.
- Selvam Stores reserves the right to approve or reject a return after review of submitted proof.
5. Replacement Policy
- If the return is approved, we will provide a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
- Replacement will be dispatched within 3–5 business days after approval.
- No extra shipping charges will be applied for approved replacement cases.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or other valid reasons.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
- Customers must share valid bank/UPI details to receive the refund.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
9. Non-Returnable Items
